The search for two television age – late 80's early 90's?
TV One: It was a girl with a songbook. Every time I sing, it would cast a spell. She often spoke with an assistant who appeared as a reflection in a puddle of water. He was caught there (I think) by the witch in the world who wanted to steal the songbook. Second TV Show: There were two brothers / friends to turn the dial of a watch of age or compass. Turning them to another world full of monsters. One of these monsters is a friend of the two human beings. Both programs are live-action, not cartoons. They appeared on television from the late 80's or early 90's. I can remember two of these programs, but no name. If anyone knows a of the two names, please post them here. 
Are you sure that some episodes of The Twilight Zone or something? They sound interesting, but does not sound at all familiar to me and find them on the network has been impossible to find them good luck, let me know how you call it, if you noticed.
