18 size from 1900. Value could be anywhere from $150 to $400 depending very heavily on condition and case material. The two-tone damaskeen on the movement, provided that the gilding is not washed out, makes this fairly desirable and if everything is straight, would tend to push values to the higher end of the above estimate.
